CEO and president of the board of directors of Microdiamant AG, a family owned and operated company specialized in the field of micron diamond abrasives for polishing of hard materials. Before joining Microdiamant AG in 1997, Martin worked as a project and sales engineer in the power generation industry for Sulzer Thermtec. A one-year stage as a design engineer for corporate servers/mainframes at Elma Electronics Inc. in the Silicon Valley followed his graduation from the ZHAW School of Engineering. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Engineering / Ing. HTL (hydro- and thermodynamics) and postgraduate in Business Administration and Engineering / Wirtschaftsingenieur STV.
